Xfinity Field Sales Professional

Are you looking to kick start your sales career with a company that wants to see you grow?  We have an exciting, entry-level opportunity for you!  Join our Comcast/Xfinity sales team where you will be responsible for the promotion of our products and services - we will train you on selling techniques and all of our products including Comcast/Xfinity internet, TV & streaming services, mobile products, personal home security and Xfinity voice services. 

As a Xfinity Field Sales professional you would be responsible for the promotion and sale of Comcast products and services to include video, high-speed Internet, and voice. The primary focus is on increasing connect volume in assigned territories through sales to former customers to win them back. Utilizes advanced knowledge of Comcast's products and services as well as sales process experience to maximize sales and effectively work assigned turf.

Xfinity Field Sales Professional Role - Compensation Package: 
  • Total target compensation (base pay plus targeted commission):
    • $78,600 annually (Base pay + targeted commission)
    • Ability to exceed commission plan creating HUGE compensation opportunity
  • Mileage stipend

Xfinity Field Sales Professiona Role - Benefits:

Xfinity Field Sales Professiona Role - Core Responsibilities:
  • Clear understanding of our products, promoting and selling offerings to prospective customers in new communities and rural territory areas (we will train you on all of the products)
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to effectively communicate and develops rapport with customers and key stakeholders  
  • Evaluates individual customers' potential product needs and makes recommendations
  • Presents Comcast products and pricing models as well as competitive advantages over other service providers
  • Work with the Comcast to implement new marketing/selling tactics in new areas to build awareness 
  • Strategizes and executes assigned plan without assistance, operates independently
  • Displays competent time management and organizational skills
  • Meets and exceeds sales goals as established by local market
  • Implements effective sales closing techniques to ensure product installation goal is achieved
  • Build strong relationships with real estate, construction/builder sales agents, and other sales agents on new customer lead generation programs and prospecting

Xfinity Field Sales Professiona Role - Qualifications:
  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years related customer service experience
  • Direct Sales experience preferred- but not required

Xfinity Field Sales Professional Requirements:
  • Ability to pass driving record background check (i.e. moving violations, accidents, license suspension, etc.).
  • Possesses effective communication, organizational and people skills, as well as strong customer service skills.
  • Illustrates strong technical capability (computer knowledge, billing systems, sales tracking databases).
  • Must meet the physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to, the ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Could have to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
